This may take the form of formal class room based training programmes customised to meet the individual requirements of each customer. It might be informal "on the job training support" - practically supporting the operators through the early days of operation. Whichever, our engineering staff recognise the need to share the valuable knowledge gained during the development and commissioning phases of a project.
Post commissioning support
Dependent upon clients' own in-house support facilities we can provide a 24-hour call or Modem service for all aspects of our supply. Daytime telephone support is available to all our customers and maintenance contracts can be tailored to meet specific needs.
We can work alongside your operations team at appropriate points in the life cycle of the plant to ensure continuing understanding and operation. Somtimes plant performance can deteriorate as personnel change and knowledge is lost.
