We can offer design/build services to address a range of needs in this area. Typically, the system would support a laboratory facility and would include buffer tanks to allow uninterrupted reception of effluent and heat treatment of the effluent over a continuous cycle and a range of temperatures. Post process cooling is generally required to allow for safe discharge as trade effluent. Clean and sterilise in place capability would normally be included.
