Safe dispersion and product consistency need correct emulsification. Giusti offers a range of Emulsifier options:
  • Efficient in vessel emulsification on both horizontal and vertical agitation systems
  • Top or bottom entry
  • A range of efficient in line emulsifiers for applications where in-vessel emulsification is not an option, or product recirculation is desirable from a process viewpoint
  • High shear or low shear
  • Single-stage or 3-stage
  • 3-stage is particularly useful where particulate reduction from "very large" is required, and also for producing particular "finishes" in products such as mayonnaise
  • A wide range of HP/kw sizes
