Giusti offers a range of horizontally arranged
mixers with either in-line or in-vessel emulsification options that meet the majority of application needs. The GiustiMix and UltiMix systems have been developed over a number of years and our reference list is extensive.
A more recent addition to the range is the G180 Mixer which is particularly suitable as a cooking vessel where height restrictions prevent the use of UltiMix or GiustiMix. The G180 also makes an ideal holding vessel for low viscosity / large particulate products (such as chunky soups in a thin base)
Giusti's range of vertical mixers may also be of interest to clients who require very high work rates, and are not concerned with issues of large particulate degeneration.
